My passion is helping others improve themselves. I always love giving to those who are less fortunate and putting smiles on the faces of those who are down.

My passion has guided me in directions I never imagined I’d go. I have created 3 jobs out of my passion, and that blows my mind still🤯

Over the last few weeks I told y’all about the main 7 Chakras. I am now going to share information about the rest of the Chakras we have within and around our bodies.
In total we have 114 Chakras inside and outside our bodies, 112 inside and 2 outside. There are 7 major, 21 minor and 86 micro Chakras.

7 major Chakras run along our spine with one, the Crown, above our head.

21 minor Chakras throughout our bodies located in our hands, knees, legs, tongue, elbows, clavicles, shoulders, eyes, ears and nose.

86 micro Chakras are found all over our body. They interconnect thru energy pathways known as Nadis (more on that later).

Happy 11/11/22 and welcome to one of the most Powerful Manifestation days of the year! Today is the perfect day to align yourself so you can call in abundance, prosperity, good health, love, anything you desire. You must speak in “I am or I have” statements.

There are a lot of different ways to Manifest what you want in your reality but today I have a video from my girl Fran Leigh aka Angels with Fran that breaks down both the 369 and 21s method.

Personally I like the 21s cause like Fran says it is hard to remember 3x a day once your day starts.

We have come to the last week of Chakra Saturdays! I hope you all enjoyed the information 😊
Chakras, according to Sanskrit, are discs or wheels of energy in our bodies center. These wheels or discs of spinning energy each correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs. Today’s Chakra is the Crown Chakra🟣


-The Crown or Sahasrara Chakra is located at the top of your head. It helps govern our interaction and communication with the Universe when it is balanced. When out of balance or blocked, it can lead to issues with:
Loneliness
Lack of Direction
Spiritual Disconnection
Neurological Disorders
Nerve Pain
Thyroid and Pineal Gland Disorder
Insomnia
Depression
Alzheimer’s
Recurring Headaches and Migraines


In order to unblock, align or balance your Crown Chakra you can meditate while using mantras (AH), you can do a Chakra healing and/or you can use crystals that are charged to help heal your Chakras. You can also eat purple fruits and vegetables or surround your space with the color purple.
The stones associated with Chakra healing are:

Amethyst
Moonstone
Fluorite
Selenite
